The study examines variables influencing the quality of village financial reports, namely the quality of human resources, community involvement, accountability, and accessibility of financial information. Specifically, within the context of village governance in the Bengkalis Sub-district, the study seeks to determine how these factors affect the caliber of village financial reports. By exploring the moderating role of human resource quality, the study aims to assess the influence of accessibility, community engagement, and accountability on the quality of village financial reports. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) as the research method. Data were collected through surveys administered by the Bengkalis Subdistrict Village Council. The findings revealed that community involvement and information accessibility positively influenced the quality of village financial reports, with the quality of human resources playing a crucial mediating role. The theoretical contributions of these studies center on exploring the intricate dynamics among various factors that influence the quality of financial statements in village governance. On the other hand, methodological contributions arise from the application of advanced statistical techniques to analyze these relationships. Additionally, the comprehensive sampling approach used to collect information adds to the methodological contributions of the studies. These findings emphasize the importance of supporting and encouraging community participation in village financial management, improving the quality of human resources at the village level, and integrating information technology into the preparation and dissemination of village financial reports. This study significantly contributes to advancing the theory and practice of public financial management at the village level.

Kondisi saat ini masih banyak masyarakat terutama ibu rumahtangga yang sulit dalam membedakan kebutuhan dan keinginan untuk mengalokasikan uang, kondisi ini akan berdampak pada permasalahan finansial yang semakin kompleks. Masalah ibu rumahtangga lainnya yaitu belum merencanakan keuangan secara baik seperti sering meminjam kepada rentenir dengan bunga yang tinggi agar cepat dapat uang saat kebutuhan mendesak. Urgensi dari kegiatan ini yaitu dapat memberi solusi bagi ibu rumahtangga dan masyarakat umum dimana literasi keuangan keluarga bukan hanya tentang mengelola uang, tetapi juga tentang menciptakan fondasi yang kuat untuk kesejahteraan finansial jangka panjang. Tujuan kegiatan ini agar peserta memahami mengelola uang keluarga secara efektif, meminimalisir utang, menjaga kestabilan keuangan sehingga dapat mengatasi tantangan keuangan dan meraih tujuan keuangan mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah sharing informasi dengan memberikan pengetahuan, termasuk melakukan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan ini pemahaman peserta meningkatkan. Mereka memahami secara baik pentingnya literasi keuangan dan merencanakan keuangan keluarga sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran mereka dalam membuat rencana keuangan dan anggaran rumah tangga dengan baik. Secara tidak langsung PKM ini dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mengurangi masalah kemiskinan

Accountability can be interpreted as the embodiment of the duty of village government officials to be responsible for the management of village funds to achieve predetermined goals efficiently, effectively, and economically. The purpose of this research is to assess the accountability of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget or APBDes in Pineleng Dua Indah Village and to assess the transparency of APBDes in Pineleng Dua Indah Village. This research was conducted in Pineleng Dua Indah Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency using the descriptive analysis method, which is a type of data analysis used to describe, present, and summarise a set of data. The research found that the practice of village financial management in Pineleng Dua Indah Village shows good efforts to improve transparency, and accountability in the village's financial decision-making process.
