Abstract:Pädiatrische androgenetische Alopezie ist eine zu wenig beachtete Erkrankung. Bei Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Haarausfall und/oder verminderter Haardichte sollte eine klinische Beurteilung mittels Trichoskopie vorgenommen werden. Die Diagnose wird in der Regel klinisch, durch Beobachtung des Haarausfallmusters und Trichoskopie gestellt. In einigen Fällen sollte eine Hyperandrogenämie ausgeschlossen werden.
