Abstract: Ziele der Akutversorgung traumatischer Sch?digungen des R?ckenmarks sind die Vermeidung von Sekund?rsch?den und die Erhaltung der Chancen f?r eine Regeneration der verletzten Strukturen. Hierf?r kommt sowohl pr?klinisch als auch klinisch der Aufrechterhaltung des Kreislaufs (syst.
