When choosing a housing, the region in which it is located is as important as the quality of the housing. Depending on a number of factors such as the socio-cultural structure of that region, the services offered, and the opportunities in the surrounding area, the choice of housing location may change. In this context, the aim is to investigate which district is the most suitable when buying a house by evaluating customers' preferences for housing location in Erzurum province. In the case study, 3 alternative regions (Palandoken, Yakutiye ve Aziziye) and 6 criteria (transportation accessibility, housing price, population density, noise and air pollution, infrastructure safety, social and cultural activity areas) were defined and the criteria weights were calculated using the Fuzzy Full Consistency Method (F-FUCOM). Then, the Fuzzy Measurement Alternatives and Ranking According to Compromise Solution (F- MARCOS) method was used to evaluate the alternatives. The results of the research have shown that the most important criterion is the price of the house, while the least important criterion is noise and air pollution for customers to buy a house. In addition, the results have shown that Yakutiye district is the best alternative for choosing housing districts in Erzurum province. The other alternatives are Palandoken and Aziziye respectively.

Customer complaints against businesses are considered as communication that provides the chance to identify and resolve the factors limiting competition in the current situation by allowing direct market data to be obtained. However, the concept of complaint inherently contains negative feedback, so the numerical increase that may occur in complaints also brings into account the errors that occur in the activities of the enterprises. For this reason, a correct complaint management process should be planned for businesses to provide a customer-oriented competitive advantage. This study aims to evaluate and analyze customer complaints about companies named "getir, yemeksepeti, tiklagelsin, and Trendyol Yemek" operating in the field of online food ordering in Turkey, by obtaining the data from the website named "sikayetvar". The MARCOS Method (Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to the COmpromise Solution), which is among the multi-criteria decision-making techniques in recent years, has been used in the analysis process, in which thirteen criteria are used in total and the most recent 500 orders of each company are taken into consideration. As a result of the study, it was found that the ranking of the companies in terms of complaint management is "yemeksepeti, tiklagelsin, getir, and trendyol yemek".

Postmodernism started to show its effect in the social, economic, political and administrative fields after the 1970s. Especially, demonstrated the need for change in the managerial field by bringing a postmodern understanding of Public Administration to the face of the modern understanding of Public Administration. Postmodern Public Administration increased its dominance in the 1980s as a result of the introduction of an understanding of public business in front of an understanding of public service. But with the 1990s, the increase in the idea that the understanding of the operator is not enough has led to the process of evolving management into governance. By 2000, the awareness of the effectiveness of knowledge and technology on a social basis led to a new radical change. The structuring of Digital Age Governance, the foundations of which were laid out by Dunleavy et al. in 2005, opened the door to a radical change in postmodern public administration. In this direction, it is considered that there are indirect and direct relations between Digital Age Governance and postmodernism. Based on this idea, in this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between Digital Age Governance and postmodernism as a result of evaluating similarities and differences.
