Due to their specific characteristics, innovation projects are developed in contexts with great volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and even ambiguity. Project management has needed to adopt changes to ensure success in this type of project. Artificial intelligence (AI) techniques are being used in these changing environments to increase productivity. This work collected and analyzed those areas of technological innovation project management, such as risk management, costs, and deadlines, in which the application of artificial-intelligence techniques is having the greatest impact. With this objective, a search was carried out in the Scopus database including the three areas involved, that is, artificial intelligence, project management, and research and innovation. The resulting document set was analyzed using the co-word bibliographic method. Then, the results obtained were analyzed first from a global point of view and then specifically for each of the domains that the Project Management Institute (PMI) defines in project management. Some of the findings obtained indicate that sectors such as construction, software and product development, and systems such as knowledge management or decision-support systems have studied and applied the possibilities of artificial intelligence more intensively.

Modern risk management shows a necessity for high-end technologies in the form of various artificial intelligence tools to be approved. AI integration projects are still distrusted by many business organizations and others are failing. To facilitate this process this paper presents a roadmap for the integration of AI risk management covering all activities and processes in organizations. Here, the individual steps from the awareness of the need for AI in risk management, through the required analyses, preparatory and executive stages, the specific application of artificial intelligence in the individual stages of risk management, to its full implementation and guaranteed functionality, are successively revealed. The purpose of the material is to illustrate the overall process of integration of risk management, through artificial intelligence, thereby increasing the trust and success of company projects in this area. <p class="p1"><span lang="EN-US">Talent sourcing is one of the most effective mechanisms to engage with the talent pool and convert a candidate into an applicant. Today, machine learning has emerged as a trend to assist employers in addressing recruitment challeng-es with the help of tools such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and automated assessments. 80% of the executives strongly believe deep learning makes candidate screening highly efficient. Including current start-ups globally, only 15% use artificial intelligence (AI) and are expected to increase by 31%. The study focused on the impact of AI in recruitment process. There are a few metrics, such as application completion rate, number of candidates per filled position, cost per hire, and so on. Here we would like to analyze the impact of using AI in various phases of hiring in the organization.</span></p>
