Music can promote the development of physical and mental health, and its therapeutic utility has begun to receive widespread attention from scholars, who have systematically studied the therapeutic methods, processes, and utility of music with the theme of music therapy, and the topic has been extended from music therapy at the individual level to the public health domain. Therefore, it is worthwhile to further explore how the effectiveness of music as a performing arts activity in the public health domain is evaluated. However, most of the current studies focus on the evaluation of the effects of music on individual physical and mental health, and few involve the evaluation of music performing arts activities in the public health domain, which greatly hinders the potential of music performing arts applications in the public health domain. Therefore, this study proposes a dynamic and comprehensive evaluation scheme based on the cross-chain technology in blockchain and establishes a cross-chain-based information exchange model for the feasibility of information exchange between music performing arts and public health. The research findings can not only provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of public health policies but also provide technical support for the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of music performing arts activities.

In this study, a decision support model was created for the aircraft type selection in the fleet planning decision of a low-cost airline and 21 sub criteria were determined for the model in five main groups as technical, economic, environmental, political and other criteria. In this decision support model, the Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy MOORA Multi Criteria Decision methods were applied, and 17 different narrow body aircraft types produced by Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and Airbus/Bombardier aircraft manufacturers were evaluated. In the evaluation, it was found that Airbus A321NEO was the most preferable aircraft for the low-cost airline business model among the aircraft types.

One of the most challenging next-generation issues is examining a novel and sustainable aircraft to reduce emissions and fuel burn. IATA addressed these issues in collaboration with the EU, GARDEN, and Clean Sky programs to tackle the challenges using retrofit design and upgraded systems. This study aims to create a sustainable aircraft design to solve the fuel burn issue by minimizing the maximum take-off weight (MTOW). An optimized wide-body aircraft is established by selecting twelve aerodynamic design variables and fourteen flight mission constraints (retrofit, operational performance, and stability). To develop a sustainable wide body aircraft structure, this study proposes a hybrid design optimization algorithm combined with the multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) technique. The CRITIC-WASPAS technique is used to obtain the baseline aircraft, and the optimal design of the baseline aircraft is achieved by solving the proposed nonlinear constrained optimization model. The selected baseline aircraft was compared with the optimized result to validate and determine the robustness of the objective function. The findings reflect that the formulation has improved the MTOW, empty weight fraction, fuel weight, and performance by 3.75%, 28.38%, 2.06%, and 8.63%, respectively.
