Air Distribution Efficiency in a Room by a Two-Flow Device

In this article the results of return flow at air distribution by flat laying jets experimental investigations are presented. The chart is composed, analytic equations are also obtained. By these results high efficiency of proposed air distribution scheme using in technological small-sized rooms is shown. The purpose of the work is to study the nature of the propagation of the swirl and flat flooring jets in a limited space of a production space of low height with the presence of technological equipment and maintenance personnel in it, to identify the patterns of development of the air tidal stream in the reverse flow and to justify the calculation methodology. The quantitative description of the characteristics and regularities of the development of the swirl and flat flooring compressed jets in the reverse flow is established. Calculation dependences were obtained for determining the parameters of the swirl and flat flooring compressed jets in the reverse flow. It is substantiated that the efficiency of the application of the swirl and flat flooring jets to supply air to the working area of the technological premises is high. The obtained results allow us to calculate the initial velocity of the swirl and tidal flat flooring compressed stream in a small-sized production rooms with the presence of technological equipment and service personnel and to determine the geometric parameters of the air distribution device. Application of air distribution with the use of the swirl and flat air jet laying effect allows to significantly increase the Air Distribution Performance Index criteria when supplying a big amount of air to the technological premises and thereby reducing the material consumption of the ventilation system.

Increase of ventilation systems procurement and installation works efficiency

The article presents the results of theoretical research on obtaining of the maximum profit by the installation and procurement company in the manufacture and sale of pipe billets for the installation of ventilation systems in the production premise. Graphical and analytical dependences are given. The results of research substantiate the receipt of the maximum profit in the manufacture and sale of the ventilation pipe billets of the different diameters by the installation and procurement enterprise. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of ventilation system installationin production facilities, to determine the maximum profit for the installation and procurement company in the manufacture and sale of pipe billets of the different diameters of ventilation system in the presence of several restrictions on materials and manpower, identify ways to improve installation of ventilation system in production facilities of small volume and justification of the calculation method. Quantitative characteristics of the objective function under given initial conditions are established. The calculated dependences for determining the parameters of the objective function are obtained. The obtained results allow to determine the optimal parameters of the values at the given restrictions on materials and labor intensity of production. The maximum profit in the manufacture and sale of ventilation pipe billets of different diameters by the procurement and installation company is determined. Using of the graphical method and the simplex method to determine the required parameters can significantly increase the efficiency criteria for procurement and installation work and thus reduce the amount of labor and material consumption for the manufacture and installation of ventilation systems.

The article presents the formation of physical models of fittings of ventilation systems in the conditions of change of linear sizes and forms of adjacent sections of air ducts of ventilation systems. The aim is to minimize waste materials in the manufacture and sale of pipe billets of different diameters of the ventilation system, reduce metal consumption, increase production productivity and efficiency of procurement for installation of ventilation in industrial premises, identify ways to improve the installation of ventilation in industrial premises for various purposes and justification calculation methods. The use of the obtained physical models to determine the required parameters in the manufacture of sweeps of ventilation system fittings can significantly increase the efficiency criteria for procurement and installation work.
