Abstract:This paper presents the results of an AIDS educational intervention for intravenous drug users (IVDUs) who participated in the New Jersey State Department of Health's Coupon program. An examination of the data showed that those with high pre-intervention test scores were more likely to have been White and to have been in treatment since 1981.
