Abstract

This study examines how AI-driven personalized room management systems affect modern hotel operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. AI improves passenger pleasure, manages hotel operations, and addresses emerging hospitality industry concerns. The authors got all the data from academic and industry studies and previous articles. According to the results, AI-powered personalized room management systems offer predictive maintenance, tailored services, energy management, and customized room settings. However, ROI measurement, personal contact, and integration are challenges. Despite these challenges, AI optimize operations and improve guest happiness in the hospitality business. Limitations include the difficulty of evaluating AI solutions' return on investment, the necessity for ongoing upgrades and revisions, and ethical issues about data privacy and security. This work adds to hospitality AI literature by addressing significant problems and highlighting potential benefits. Hoteliers may use AI-driven personalized room management to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.
