Both the service provider and the citizens using the services will gain from big data analysis. Market Research indicates that 75% of government agencies are using big data to enhance the standard of living for individuals. Big data analytics gives a perspective into the effectiveness of government programmes and policies. In order to gauge public sentiment and comprehend citizens' thoughts and attitudes about government programmes, forecasting and prescriptive analysis suggests the optimal course of action.
