Abstract: Desde principios del siglo XX una ola desarrollista se va expandiendo en el Perú en un intento de movilizar tanto la ayuda externa como el capital; uno de los sectores intervenidos mediante proyectos tecnológicos y cambios institucionales es el agrícola.
