Аннотация. Сельский туризм – один из динамично развивающихся за последнее время видов туризма в России, особенностью которого является пребывание туристов в сельской местности. Этот вид путешествий сочетает в себе разные направления. Например, культурно-исторические, гастрономические, этнографические поездки и не только. В данной статье была проанализирована нормативно-правовая база по сельскому туризму. Основным документом является ФЗ № 132-ФЗ «Об основах туристской деятельности в РФ», который определяет необходимые объекты для формирования сельского туризма в регионе, проанализированы и другие нормативно-правовые документы. Также были рассмотрены работы авторов по развитию сельского туризма, как в отдельных регионах, так и в России в целом. Кировская область перспективна для развития сельского туризма. Стоит отметить, что на территории Кировской области есть нормативно-правовые документы, в которых отмечена значимость сельского туризма и сельских территорий. Кроме этого, в исследовании, благодаря методу систематизации перечислены имеющиеся объекты с действующей инфраструктурой, проанализированы предоставляемые услуги для развития сельского туризма на территории Кировской области. Помимо этого, отмечены событийные мероприятия, которые могут оказывать стимулирующие действие на развитие сельского туризма в регионе.

The digitalization of industrial enterprises has an impact on the development of Russian regions. One of the factors for increasing the efficiency of the digital transformation of the industry is government support. The issues of the impact of state support on the digital transformation of industry in the context of regional development have not been fully studied. The authors' aim was to study the relationship between federal and regional measures to support the digitalization of industrial enterprises and regional development. The subject of the study is the transformation of the digital industry. The authors used correlation and regression analysis, and calculations showed a significant correlation between digitalization and the development of the manufacturing industry. The impact of digitalization on this industry was further investigated using the example of the regions of the Northwestern Federal District. The analysis allowed us to identify three groups of regions, depending on the correspondence of the level of digitalization in the region and the balanced financial result of manufacturing enterprises. An analysis of the digitalization support was also carried out. It was concluded that the achieved level of digitalization of the region and the digital transformation of their industry are provided by federal support measures (mainly financial). In these regions, there is a duplication of federal support instruments, a discrepancy between the measures used and the needs of enterprises in the region. The support measures used do not fully consider the regional specifics of industrial development, and the peculiarities of the Russian Federation as a federal state. Given the results of the study, the authors propose an updated model of state support for the digital transformation of the industry, eliminating the listed problems while maintaining a common strategic approach.
