Agricultural Pectin Extraction in Iranian Experimental Settings

Abstract: Pectins are belonged to one important group of polysaccharides extracted from the plant cell walls. Commercial pectins are widely used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food industries, mainly as texturizing, emulsifying, stabilizing, and gelling agents.
