Abstract:Objective
Management of suspect adnexal masses involves surgery to define the best treatment. Diagnostic choices include a two-stage procedure for histopathology examination (HPE) or intraoperative histological analysis – intraoperative frozen section (IFS) and formalin-fixed and paraffin-soaked tissues (FFPE).
