Agreement Between Echocardiogram and Right Heart Catheterization in the Daily Practice of Investigation of Pulmonary Hypertension

Abstract: Purpose: Studies in the context of research have shown a significant disagreement between the echocardiographic measurement of the systolic pulmonary artery pressure (sPAP) and right atrial pressure (RAP) and that obtained by right heart catheterization (RHC).
