Agonist-promoted Ubiquitination Differentially Regulates Receptor Trafficking of Endothelin Type A and Type B Receptors

Abstract: Background:Agonist stimulation induces different intracellular trafficking of endothelin receptors (ET A/B R) after internalization. The mechanism is unclear. Results: Stimulation induces ubiquitination, lysosomal targeting, and decreased cell surface ET B R levels.
