Abstract-Knowledge management has been a challenging issue in software projects. Due to the knowledge driven nature of the software products, paying enough attention to this concept is necessary. Recently, Agile methods are widely used in software companies. A big challenge in these methods in associated with knowledge management, is lack of formal communication and documentation. Meanwhile, several knowledge management models have been proposed in which Leavitt's model is famous one. This study tries to adopt Leavitt's model to Agile methods and map this model to structure of the Agile methods.

Streszczenie. Złożone projekty informatyczne oraz teleinformatyczne wymagają odpowiedniego dostosowania struktury organizacyjnej przedsię-biorstwa w celu zapewnienia efektywności procesów zarządzania wiedzą projektową. Artykuł pokazuje wpływ zastosowania metodyki zwinnej na strukturę organizacji oraz na efektywność procesów zarządzania wiedzą w zespołach projektowych. Przeprowadzone badania empiryczne w postaci badań ankietowych, obserwacji oraz wywiadów pokazały wpływ struktury organizacyjnej na efektywne zarządzanie wiedzą w dużych przedsiębiorstwach stosujących zwinne metodyki zarządzania projektami.Słowa kluczowe: zarządzanie wiedzą, zarządzanie projektami, struktura organizacyjna, metodyki zwinne, zespół projektowy. Paterek WprowadzenieMetodyki zwinne są coraz częściej wykorzystywane w praktyce zarządzania projektami, przede wszystkim w przedsiębiorstwach sektorów informatycznych i teleinformatycznych, mediów, reklamy i innych branż kreatywnych. Powszechność implementacji, coraz szersza gama metodyk określanych terminem "metodyka zwinna", rozwój certyfikacji, szkoleń i warsztatów poświęconych popularyzacji zasad zwinnego zarządzania projektami powodują, że rośnie zainteresowanie tą kategorią metodyk -zarówno ze strony przedsiębiorstw poszukujących nowych sposobów na efektywność i walkę z konkurencją, jak i naukowców poszukujących nowych i interesujących poznawczo tematów do badań i analiz. Wiele rozważań poświęca się między innymi identyfikacji determinant skuteczności metodyk zwinnych, uwarunkowań ich efektywnego stosowania, a także możliwych rezultatów ich stosowania ocenianych z perspektywy poszczególnych zespołów oraz całych organizacji.Celem badań przedstawionych w niniejszej publikacji jest analiza relacji między strukturą organizacji a praktykami zarządzania wiedzą w organizacji projektowej stosującej zwinne metodyki zarządzania projektami. W pierwszej części pracy zawarto wyniki tradycyjnego, narracyjnego przeglądu literatury przedmiotu, prezentując bardzo syntetycznie wyniki dotychczasowych badań dotyczących relacji metodyk zwinnych, struktur organizacyjnych i efektywności procesów zarządzania wiedzą.
