“…Meanwhile, more researches on passenger service quality mainly focus on air transport, rail transport, and public bus transport from the perspective of passenger safety, health, and comfort. For example, Yazdani et al 14 proposed a real-time seat allocation algorithm to minimize the boarding/alighting time for passengers with open tickets in rail traffic, aiming at improving quality of service and safety for passengers; Chin et al 15 proposed a methodology for understanding the needs of passengers of high-speed railways in China and found that the comfort level is identified as the major concern of passengers; Berežný and Konečný 16 provided a methodology for measuring and evaluating bus transportation from the perspective of passenger demands; Verma et al 17 developed an agent-based simulation model for Kempegowda International Airport to predict passenger service time; Suárez-Alemán and Jiménez 18 studied quality assessment of airport performance from the passenger perspective, which provides support to airport management; Kim et al 19 proposed a dynamic independent component analysis method to produce an improved indoor air quality level in the metro station and reduce the passenger health risk.
