Open environment of dynamic interoperable electronic business processes is a key demand for the increasing business applications. Business processes are at the core of dynamic electronic business. In this paper, we propose a model for business processes that provides an intelligent model for supporting distribute electronic business environment. This study brings up the business process on the semantic web and we define an agent's ontology for this interaction framework. This mechanism can help agents understand the knowledge dynamically and cooperation with other agents in business process.

Following the results achieved during our previous research, which demonstrated the importance of using adequate ontology alignments during agents' communications, we have proposed a new approach for ontology alignment negotiation where, rather than selecting (and negotiating) the ontology alignment to be used, business agents will also be allowed to negotiate the alignment composition itself.With this approach, we aim to promote not only the reutilization of existent ontology alignments, but also their combination, allowing achieving more adequate or complete alignments. On the other hand, the involvement of the business agents in the ontology alignment composition process allows excluding irrelevant correspondences, leading to more adequate alignments as well as a more accurate and trustful evaluation of their performance.In this paper we present the implementation of such approach as well as some preliminary results.

AEMOS is an agent mediated e-commerce platform, which provides ontology-based services enabling a meaningful communication between agents, even when they use different ontologies. This system also includes a support component based on emergent social networks, which allows improving the system's performance by enhancing the ontology-based services.In this paper, our goal is to improve the system's performance, reducing the amount of failed negotiation, by enabling agents to evaluate the likelihood of reaching an agreement with a proposed partner, allowing them to focus in negotiations which may actually lead to satisfactory deals.For that, we propose exploring further the relations which emerge between agents as they interact with each other. More specifically, we propose improving AEMOS's e-commerce model, by adding social network based support in the selection of potential negotiation partners as well as in the formulation and evaluation of proposals.
