Ageísmo: considerações a partir do conhecimento entre estudantes de graduação e fonoaudiólogos

Abstract: A literatura sugere que atitudes negativas em relação aos idosos podem ter sua origem no desconhecimento do processo do envelhecimento o que pode levar um profissional a tomar atitudes inadequadas, especialmente nos cuidados de saúde e na reabilitação.  Há escassez de pesquisa que avalie o conhecimento dos fonoaudiólogos sobre o envelhecimento.
