Age-independent influence of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell populations during hematopoietic reconstitution

Abstract: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) following myeloablative conditioning represents the only curative treatment option to overcome numerous hematologic malignancies.
