Ag3VO4/g-C3N4/diatomite ternary compound reduces Cr(vi) ion in aqueous solution effectively under visible light

Abstract: The Ag3VO4/g-C3N4/diatomite (AVO/CN/DT) ternary composite was synthesized by annealing-precipitation method. In the photocatalytic reaction system, diatomite provided reaction sites for AVO and CN and promoted the photoreduction of Cr(vi).
