Abstract:Key Clinical MessageAfferent loop syndrome is a rare post‐operative complication following upper gastrointestinal bypass surgeries, usually occurring within the first two weeks post‐operation. This case report, however, outlines afferent loop syndrome almost a decade post‐surgery, which was managed conservatively.
