Abstract:NMRI mice were vaccinated by the aerosol technique, using the ethylethylenimine inactivated and polyethylenglycol concentrated virus strain A/PR/8/34 (HO /Nl) with or without addition of Bordetella pertussis extract (BPE) as an adjuvant.
