Aerodynamic Control of a Pitching Airfoil by Active Bleed

Abstract: The aerodynamic loads on an airfoil that is pitching beyond its static stall margin are controlled in wind tunnel experiments by regulation of surface vorticity flux using distributed bleed actuation.
