Tiny electrical current exists in the human body due to the chemical reactions that occur as part of the normal bodily functions, even in the absence of external electric fields so that exposure of external radiation causes high impact to the nerves relaying signals by transmitting electric impulses. The heart is electrically active and its actions are measured using an electrocardiogram. Even a slight variation in heart rate may cause serious effects on the human body. Low-frequency electric fields influence the human body just as they influence any other material made up of charged particles. When electric fields act on conductive materials, they influence the distribution of electric charges at their surface. Low-frequency magnetic fields induce circulating currents within the human body. The strength of these currents depends on the intensity of the external magnetic field. Due to the invention of information technology, the communication devices are more in use resulting in overall emission of radioactive waves affecting heart rate. It depends on Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) which is the measure of the rate at which energy is absorbed by the human body when exposed to radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic field. Heart rate variability is measured by ECG and the results are analysed.

In recent times, data warehousing achieved tremendous attention in various organizations including universities to analyze important aspects of their academic environment. In this paper, we present an automatic design system to integrate the functionality of both the requirement-driven and data-driven approaches. In addition, it is established on the basis of i* framework and Dimensional Fact Model (DFM) which is used to design the actions of actors, and the relationship existing among the agents in DW (Data Warehouse) environment. Furthermore, the proposed system introduces and illustrates an automatic design technique based on a logical programming to perform the integration of different data sources using UML multidimensional schemas that are reconciled with data sources to improvise the conceptual quality.

Nowadays, higher education providing institutions depend upon Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for all purposes like teaching, administration, learning and other research related works. ICT is found to be a major resource for bringing competitive growth for an organization. In general, the use of ICT in higher education institution plays a vital role in providing modern learning approaches. Further, the utilization of data mining in ICT can predict the performance of students and offer a way to improve it. This paper identifies the usage of ICTs among higher graduates and the impact of parameters such as gender, area of interest as well as name of the university. In addition, data mining based ranking algorithm is introduced in order to analyze the performance of students. The evaluation results show that the use of ICT in higher education provides technological improvements and these enhancements are associated with factors such as gender, area of interest as well as university. Moreover, the ranking algorithm can easily evaluate the ICT based performance of higher education institutions.
