Adverse drug reaction profile and prescription pattern of antihypertensive drug monotherapy at tertiary care hospital Nepalgunj, Nepal

Abstract: Background: Hypertension is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide which requires long term therapy to prevent complication associated with it.
