Advantages of whole-exome sequencing over immunomapping in 67 Brazilian patients with Epidermolysis bullosa

Abstract: Background: Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is characterized by skin fragility and blistering. In Brazil, the diagnosis is usually obtained through immunomapping, which involve skin biopsy procedures.
