Abstract:The Ylvie model is a novel method towards transparent Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) data analysis for tunnel construction. The model innovatively applies machine learning to automate friction loss computation per stroke, enhancing TBM performance prediction in varying geomechanical environments.
