Advancing Adjuvants for Mycobacterium tuberculosis Therapeutics

Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide due to a single infectious disease agent. BCG, the only licensed vaccine against TB, offers limited protection against pulmonary disease in children and adults.
