Abstract: Curcumin is an isolated phytopolyphenol pigment found in the Curcuma longa, commonly known as turmeric, with various pharmacological properties. It has many effects, including anti-tumour, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidation, and hypoglycemic properties.
