Advanced Birdshot Chorioretinopathy Presenting as Chronic Cystoid Macular Edema and Vitritis Following Cataract Surgery

Abstract: The purpose of this case report is to present a case of birdshot chorioretinopathy in an elderly woman who presented with postoperative macular edema and vitritis following cataract surgery.
