A 39-year-old womanpresented clinical features of adult onset Still's disease. Seven years after the onset, she developed renal insufficiency and biopsy studies revealed amyloid deposits involving amyloid A protein, P component, k chain and k chain in the kidney and rectum. She died in 1992, primarily due to cardiac failure associated with amyloidosis, indicating that amyloidosis should be considered one of the fatal complications in adult onset Still's disease with a long history. НАУЧНО-ПРАКТИЧЕСКАЯ РЕВМАТОЛОГИЯ, 2011, № 3, 95-98 АА-амилоидоз -осложнение хронического, длитель-но протекающего воспалительного процесса, характеризу-ющееся отложением в тканях (обычно поражаются почки и желудочно-кишечный тракт) амилоида, основным ком-понентом которого являются нерастворимые фибрилляр-ные белки [1,2]. Терминологическая комиссия Междуна-родного общества по изучению амилоидоза в 1990 г. реко-мендовала обозначать амилоидные белки прописной ла-тинской буквой А, за которой без пробела следует сокра-щенное название предшественников фибриллярного бел-ка. Поэтому амилоидоз, привычно называвшийся ранее вторичным, реактивным или приобретенным, получил те-перь название АА-амилоидоз и обычно является поздним осложнением ревматоидного артрита (РА), а РА -самое частое заболевание, индуцирующее развитие этого типа амилоидоза [3].Болезнь Стилла, развившаяся у взрослых (БСРВ), -редкое системное воспалительное заболевание неизвест-ной этиологии, характеризующееся ежедневными подъе-мами температуры, быстро исчезающей сыпью и артритом [4], в настоящее время входит в качестве самостоятельной нозологической формы в группу серонегативных ревмато-идных артритов (М 06.1 по МКБ-10).Первое сообщение о взаимосвязи АА-амилоидоза и БСРВ опубликовано три десятилетия назад [5], доступный немногочисленный перечень таких работ представлен в таблице.Представляем собственные наблюдения развития АА-амилоидоза при БСРВ.
