Abstract:A 71-year old women who underwent radical nephrectomy due to left renal mass is presented. The histopathological examination was reported as adult cystic nephroma, which is very seldom benign tumour of the kidney. The epidemiology, differential diagnosis, histopathological features,and treatment options are discussed.
