Adsorption‐Desorption Transient Measurements of the Initial Stages of Growth of Thin Ag Films on W

Abstract: On the basis of precise analysis of series adsorption-desorption transients (ADT)registered mass-spectrometricany (MS) around the transition pornts from adsorption equilibrium to real film growth, the critical parameters of phase formation process for Ag on Wcoverage, impingement rate and supersaturation were estimated.
