Abstract: Selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) is a novel intervention for both primary and metastatic malignant liver lesions. Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is rare with limited treatment options; evidence for SIRT in ACC liver metastases consists of case reports only.
