Adrenal myelolipoma :Incidentally discovered mass

Abstract: Introduction: Myelolipoma is a rare benign tumour of the adrenal gland, usually asymptomatic, unilateral and nonfunctioning. It is composed of a variable mixture of mature adipose tissue and hematopoietic elements. Widespread use of imaging modalities has increased the frequency of detection.
