Adrenal metastasis as the initial diagnosis of synchronous papillary and follicular thyroid cancer

Abstract: Background Differentiated thyroid cancer uncommonly presents with distant metastases. Adrenal metastasis from differentiated thyroid cancer presenting as the initial finding is even less common.
