Abstract: Adrenal hemorrhage in adults is an uncommon disease and is usually associated with systemic diseases, trauma or anticoagulation. When adrenal hemorrhage is discovered in chronic course without any suggestive clinical settings, it is difficult to distinguish adrenal hemorrhage correctly before surgical resection.
