Background: Policies regarding procedures for using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical record officers were needed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the quality assurance of services in the medical record unit RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Type of mixed methods research. Methods: Type of mixed methods research. This research was conducted from July 1 to August 15, 2020. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews, and the processing and analysis of research data were carried out using content analysis and quantitative methods. Results: RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarangalready have an SOP for the procedure for using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical record officers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Officers comply with the SOP for using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the pandemic. Conclusions: There has been an evaluation of hospital policy monitoring the use of PPE for medical record officers in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The traditional centralized storage of traditional electronic medical records (EMRs) faces problems like data leakage, data loss, and EMR misplacement. The current protection measures for patients’ privacy in EMRs cannot withstand the fast-developing password cracking technologies and frequency cyberattacks. This paper intends to innovate the information sharing and privacy protection of electronic nursing records (ENRs) management system. Specifically, the signature interception technology was introduced to EMRs, the different phases of certificateless signature interception scheme were depicted, and the validation procedures of the scheme were designed. Then, the six phases of ENR information sharing protocol based on alliance blockchain were described in detail. Finally, an end-to-end memory neural network was constructed for ENR classification. The proposed management scheme was proved effective through experiments.

Management of inactive medical record document storage in accordance with the provisions of the Archival Law number 43 of 2009 Article 48 is an active archive that is stored for 2 years and the archive is inactive for 5 years, destruction of files outside of the procedure is an inappropriate act. Inactive medical record document sorting for general disease groups in dr. H. Soewondo Kendal experienced a file loss of 4.41%, the default file was miss 0%. This study aims to analyze the management of inactive medical record documents for the preparation of legal use values. This type of research is qualitative research with a cross-sectional approach through observation and interviews. The results showed that the arrangement of inactive medical record documents was grouped by type of disease according to the archive retention schedule so that they could be easily and quickly tracked and retrieved. While the archive retention schedule per disease group is to determine the length of storage so that the standard procedure for organizing medical record documents that are not actively reviewed is legally useful. Management of inactive medical record documents needs to be supported by resources in the form of standard structuring procedures in addition to archive retention schedules. This procedure should be set forth in the input, process and output standards as a guideline for filing officers. Technical guidance is needed so that the archivist's understanding of inactive file management is uniform, so as to reduce the incidence of misfiles.
