Prediction of Chronic Disorders in early stage is very vital. IoT facilitated remote health monitoring system has enormous benefits over customary health monitoring system. It is imperative to accumulate correct raw data in an efficient way; but more significant is to explore and mine the raw data to abstract more valued information such as correlations amongst things and services to afford web of things or Internet of services. In this Paper we have addressed the use of IoT in Healthcare system, challenges of IoT in Healthcare System and review on various works carried out on this research area with which a proposed methodology is been discussed.

Among the wide and impressive range of applications enabled by Internet technology, IOT remains smart and interactive health care systems that are especially important for gathering rich information about our mental and physical health. The sensors in IOT are used either on the body or in the surrounding environment, by integrating mobile technology into IOT-based health care systems; the interactive care system can be transformed into a preventive and effective health system. In this context, the IOT-based health care system calculates the severity of the student's illness by predicting the potential disease by extracting and deriving health measurements collected from medical devices and other IOT devices. In order to effectively analyze student health care data, a smart health care system was designed for students. In our case study, a set of data and characteristics for each case of disease were included. This data is further analyzed to verify the image of the model, using different classification algorithms and then calculating the results based on accuracy, sensitivity, privacy and response time. Moreover, the proposed methodology effective in decisionmaking by providing sensitive information to the time-based care or specialist doctor on time. Finally, the system presents the results of the diagnosis to the list of data again to make a centralized feedback and an update and use later. Abstract:The World Wide Web has made world a global village and internet of things (IoT) is making this place smarter and efficient by allowing the variety of sensors and smart objects to collect and process the information for various use. These smart objects are making healthcare system smarter and giving advantages to underdeveloped countries where basic health units do not have complete medical infrastructure. However, a specialized architecture is missing for smart health unit that can support for collecting and forwarding the health information to headquarter hospitals where live support for patient is available. In this paper, we evaluated the various IoT based health system models and their applications. To provide intelligent health services, we have proposed a smart health unit model in which the country's basic health units are converted into smart health units and these smart health units are connected to their respective headquarter hospitals. The proposed model presents a layered approach, which includes sensor, network access and service layer that make the efficient communication possible.
