Adolescents and Adults With Congenital Heart Disease: Why Are They Lost to Follow-Up?

Abstract: Almost 90% of infants with congenital heart disease (CHD) now reach adulthood but require long-term surveillance to recognize and manage residual and/or evolving lesions.
