Abstract

The journey of the EdD is harder than I ever expected. I never knew I was going to give up so much in pursuit of professional growth. As a person, educator, professional, and scholar, I have evolved in ways that I never expected when I enrolled. I could not have done it without so many people dedicated to my achievement. With boundless thanks, I acknowledge all those who have touched me along the way.To my chair, Dr. Kimberly Nolan, I am eternally grateful for the gift you have given me; especially at the point it was given.
