Abstract:Some of the several effects of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT-2i), including their metabolic, anti-inflammatory and hemodynamic properties, along with other kidney protective values, have directed clinicians to give these drugs in IgA-nephropathy (IgAN).
