Abstract:Adiponectin is closely related to glucose metabolism and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and other kinds of diabetes linked to the risk of T2DM. Therefore, it is of interest to report the correlation between adiponectin levels and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) as a diagnostic marker of T2DM and healthy control.
