Adhesive and nanomechanical properties of polymeric films deposited on silicon

Abstract: Silicone polymeric films were deposited on silicon substrate, and their adhesive and nanomechanical properties were studied. The surface characterization and tribological (wear) behaviour were investigated using atomic force microscopy.
