Abstract:Background
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a heterogeneous disease that typically arises in the setting of chronic liver disease, making treatment selection complex. Multidisciplinary liver tumor boards (MDLTB) have been shown to improve outcomes in patients with HCC.
