Adherence to Medication Regimen in Patients with Severe and Chronic Psychiatric Disorders: A Qualitative Study

Abstract: Nonadherence to treatment is common in patients with chronic psychiatric disorders. Few studies have been conducted in Iran on lack of adherence to medication regimen in patients with severe psychiatric disorders.
