ADHD and its Effects on Job Performance: A Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract: The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of ADHD on job performance and the possible me-diating role of work engagement and moderating role of gender. Hypotheses testing were performed using structural equation modeling base on PLS-SEM approach applied to a sample of 448 employees from different organizations in Puerto Rico.
