Addressing the Research Gap on the Effects of Employee Performance on Implementation of TQM From the Perspective of Working Mothers

Abstract: This chapter aims to address the research gap from the previous paper on the effects of employee performance on the implementation of total quality management from the perspective of working mothers' evidence from the public and private sectors. The performance of working mothers is said to be not satisfactory, and their performance has dropped after having babies.
